A warm balance characterises this wine with its intense ruby colour, well taken up by the olfactory notes of plum jam, morello cherries and red fruits. Sweet and complex, it offers an intense sensory experience on the palate as well, leaving a velvety, lingering finish with notes of vanilla, cocoa and tobacco. Ideal with red meats, it surprises when paired with hard cheeses and reveals, in its tale of itself, its ageing in small oak barriques for at least 18 months. <\/h2>\n
