Born in the Salento sunshine, it is a true hymn to summer and makes every toast special. On the palate, its savoury note stands out like a sea breeze that takes us back to the coast that opens up to the Ionian Sea. Its bouquet has a floral scent with rose and violet and small red berries. A wine supported by good acidity, perfect with typical summer dishes, from hors d’oeuvres to fish recipes. Ideal as an aperitif.
