Transforming the grape into wine is an art of archaic fascination. Masseria Capoforte exhibits deep passion in carrying out the vinification process, which is fundamental for obtaining a special product and imbuing the wine with distinctive qualities that convey all the characteristics of the grapes themselves, and of the soils and climate that yield them.


During maturation in the barrels and tonneaux, and in the stainless-steel fermenters, where advanced technology monitors at a controlled temperature the lengthy maceration, the wine gains balance, and is thus able to transmit the magic of an ancient history, redolent of sea and wind, in every bottle and emotion in every glass.
