Amidst the vines, the wonder of excellence

The vines on the Masseria Capoforte estate are planted in clay-sand soils rich in tuff, in wise and generous rock, the friend of a sun-burned land, that retains water, then slowly releases it into the soil.

Viticulture here opts for quality at every step. It selects, initially on the Ionian shore, the quality of a specialised vineyard, the vines trained to the Guyot method and planted at high densities. It selects the quality achieved from harvesting by hand, entrusting the harvest of each cluster to loving hands so that each will remain perfect, uncompromised in its condition and aromas. It chooses to produce only the highest quality wine.
