Dry Sparkling Wine

A sparkling wine with an intense red colour, with violet reflections that find their maximum expression in the sweet and fruity fragrance of strawberry, cherry and blackberry, with surprising evocations of violet and rose. The confirmation comes on the palate, where the soft and balanced taste persists: an echo of the vinification, with froth created using the Martinotti method (Charmat). It also goes well with white meats.
